SATURDAY DELIVERY

If you would like to receive your order on a Saturday, you can choose Saturday Delivery Service at an additional charge. Please contact customer service to arrange Saturday deliveries.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All orders require an adult signature at the time of delivery. The courier will not deliver your package without a signature regardless of a waiver. Please be sure an authorized adult is available to sign for the package to ensure the timely delivery of your purchase.

ALTERNATE ADDRESSES

If necessary, we are able to ship your package to an alternate address. If you wish to ship to an alternate address, simply contact your credit card or banking institution and add the alternate address to your account. Reroute, alternative address, hold for pickup requests come with a $25 charge.

We only deliver to physical homes or business addresses; we do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
