We take pride in providing you with an exceptional experience, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase Daniel William Diamonds is happy to offer 30 day returns.

Return Process

We are pleased to offer and easy returns; simply follow the instructions below:

1. Call us at 1-877-296-4065 or e-mail us at [email protected] and let us know you would like to return your order to to obtain a return authorization number.
2. Package your items as securley and discreetly as possible. For security purposes, do not indicate the package of the contents on the exterior of the box. 
3. Ship the package back to us via your prefered shipping method. We recommend using FedEx or UPS with signature required. Please ship to:

4. Once item is received we will inspect it to verify condition. Once inspected and approved refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process.

International Returns

Contact us at +1 (213) 640-4049 or e-mail us at [email protected] to receive a RAN number and mailing address for your international return. Customer is responsible for all fees incurred including return shipping, duties, taxes or surcharges.

Returns Terms & Conditions

• All items must be in the original, unworn condition. Must not be resized, engraved or altered in anyway. Products with scratches, damage or sign of wear are not refundable.
• Custom Design orders are not eligible for returns and are final sale. This includes the ring and center stone diamond. Engarved rings are not eligable for returns.
• Packages must be received by D.W. Diamonds within the 30 day period.
• Limit 1 return or exchange per year per customer and household.
• Customers are eligible to make one item return within 30 days of receipt in order discourage customers from ordering multiple items for comparison purposes.
• If a customer wishes to cancel an order after 24 hours, they must first receive it and then request an RMA to return the item.
• Orders that came with a grading report must be included in the return, otherwise a $250 fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded.
• Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Orders paid by bank wire will be refunded by company check.
• Diamond eternity bands are final sale and can not be resized. If a resize is needed, a new ring will need to be produced.
• Items returned without a Return Authorization Number, improperly packaged or packages received beyond the 30 day return period will not be accepted.
