We are pleased to offer free and easy returns to all U.S. based customers. Simply follow the instructions below:
- Call us at 1-877-296-4065 or e-mail us at email@example.com and let us know you would like to return your order to receive a fully insured prepaid shipping label.
- Pack your items as per the instructions provided by customer service.
- Take your return to the nearest UPS Service Center and mail it back to us. Packaging material is available if needed.
- Once item is received we will inspect it to verify condition. Once inspected and approved refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process.

Returns Terms & Conditions
- All items must be in the original, unworn condition. Must not be resized, engraved or altered in anyway. Products with scratches, damage or sign of wear are not refundable.
- Custom Design orders are not eligible for returns and are final sale.
- Packages must be received by D.W. Diamonds within the 30 day period.
- Limit 1 return per year per customer.
- Customers are eligible to make one item return within 30 days of receipt in order discourage customers from ordering multiple items for comparison purposes.
- Orders that came with a GIA Grading Report must be included in the return, otherwise a $250 fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded.
- Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Orders paid by bank wire will be refunded by company check.
- Items returned without a Return Authorization Number, improperly packaged or packages received beyond the 30 day return period will not be accepted.
