Custom Design Process
Our custom design specialists are here to assist you in designing special, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces in five easy steps. They will work with you to develop a unique piece that reflects your vision and budget. Our custom design specialists will bring your inspiration to life by combining the latest design technology with our dedication to artistry and fine craftsmanship. Overall, your custom fine jewelry will take about 4-6 weeks to complete.
STEP 1: CUSTlE
Simply fill out the online request form. Within 72 hours, one of our custom design specialists will contact you via email with an initial pricing estimate based on your design concept, precious metal type, diamond specifications, and ring size.
STEP 2: CREATIVITY AND INSPIRATION
The creative process starts with a collaborative discussion whereby we gather the specifics of your custom design in order to understand your vision. Our jewelry designers will then transfer your ideas, references, and visual inspiration into a design concept.
STEP 3: VISUAL RENDERING
Using Computer Aided Design (CAD), we will render an image from multiple angles and send it to you via email for review and approval. At this stage of the process you will have the opportunity to make the conclusive changes to your design.
STEP 4: CONSTRUCTION
Upon your final approval, we bring your CAD to life. Our production team will cast your design into the precious metal of your choice. Our master jewelers will finalize the process by setting stones and polishing your finished piece until perfection is achieved.
STEP 5: INSPECTION AND SHIPPING
Finally, your beautifully finished piece is inspected by our quality assurance team before being shipped to your front door.
