Daniel Williams Diamonds is a family-owned company that has been in the diamond and jewelry business for over four decades. Originally operating as a wholesale company only, we transitioned to offering retail operations to the public in 2013.

Yes, all packages are fully insured to your delivery address until a signature is given upon delivery.
Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes, you may ship to any address your banking institution has on file.
Do you offer Saturday Delivery?
Yes, please contact us to schedule Saturday Delivery. Additional fee will apply.
How much do I need to pay for shipping?
We offer free insured shipping on all orders.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No, for security reasons we are unable to ship to P.O. Box as signature is required for delivery.
How will the package be delivered?
All items are sent via UPS or FedEx.
Will I need to be present to sign for my package?
Yes, your order will not be released unless an adult is present to sign for the package.
How can I track my order?
Once your item has shipped we will email you a tracking number with a link so you can track the delivery status of your order.
Will the packaging be discreet?
All items are delivered in discreet packing, in an unmarked FedEx or UPS Box. Daniel William Diamonds is not mentioned on the package.
How long will delivery take?
For delivery within the U.S. all items are delivered next business day. International orders take between 1-5 business days.
Where do I pay International duties and taxes?
Once we ship the package and it arrives in the country of delivery the courier (FedEx or UPS) will contact you to collect the customs fees. Daniel William Diamonds does not collect any fees.
What if I need an item sooner than the delivery date listed on the website?
Every item on our website is manufactured with the outmost attention to craftsmanship and detail. We highly recommend you allow us the time to carefully complete your piece and allow it to be reviewed by our quality assurance department. In cases where you need the item sooner than the expected delivery date please contact us and we will try to do our best to expedite your order.
Does Daniel WIlliam Diamond Drop-Ship?
No, we manufacture all of our own jewelry and inspect every item prior to shipping to ensure the utmost quality.
What type of payments do you accept?
We offer all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as PayPal and Bank Wire. At our discretion, we may require a wire payment for international order in excess of $20,000. In some cases, we may require additional verification such as driver’s license on credit card transactions.
Will I receive a discount if I pay by bank wire?
Yes, all payments made by bank wire will receive a 3% discount off the entire price.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Daniel William Diamonds only collects sales tax on orders shipped to California.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

Can I purchase multiple items to determine which I like the best and return the others?
In order to maintain our high quality manufacturing standards and keep our prices low we do not allow the purchase of multiple pieces with the intent of keeping on and returning the remainder. How can I find my ring size?
We provide a printable ring sizer to accurately gauge the size of the intended finger. Additionally, we can send you a complimentary plastic ring sizer upon request.
What if I order the wrong finger size?
Not to worry your first resize is free within 90 days of purchase. Please note that most rings can only be resized three sizes up or down and eternity rings cannot be resized.
How long does a resize take?
Resizing typically takes 5-7 business days from the day we receive the item.
Do you sell custom designed jewelry?
Yes, our design team is here to create a custom engagement ring or jewelry piece to meet your exact specifications. Please fill out our custom design form to begin the process.
Why does the custom design jewelry take longer than all other items?
Since the custom design items are customized from scratch and made to your liking the process takes longer than in stock items.
How can you offer such low prices on all your products?
Because we manufacture and design our own jewelry and import all of our diamonds direct from the source we are able to offer rock bottom prices. Furthermore, we do not operate a retail store so our costs our lower. We pass the savings directly to our customers.
Are your prices flexible?
We already offer the lowest pricing possible, as a result we cannot offer additional discounts.
Insurance and Jewelry Care
Do we offer jewelry insurance?
We do not provide jewelry insurance, however do provide an appraisal that allows you to get coverage. For insuring your jewelry, we highly recommend a Lavalier personal jewelry policy.
Do you provide jewelry appraisals?
Yes, we provide a free jewelry appraisal for any piece of fine jewelry valued over $2,500.
What is covered by your lifetime warranty?
At Daniel William Diamonds we adhere to a strict standards of quality, we strive to create jewelry that lasts you a lifetime. We stand behind every product we sell and guarantee all items will be free from any manufacturing defects. Our lifetime warranty also offers free resizing within the first 90 days, prong retightening, missing stone replacement, rhodium recoating, cleaning and polishing services.
Do you clean or maintain jewelry that was purchased from your site?
Yes, we offer complimentary cleaning, re-polishing, rhodium replating, prong inspection and tightening twice a year for as long as you own your jewelry.
- Do you have a get what you paid for guarantee?
Yes, all of our products come with our get what you pay for guarantee or your money back. We warrant all diamonds shipped are the diamonds you purchased.
What is the quality of the diamonds used in your jewelry?
We only use natural high quality diamonds in all of our jewelry. All of our pavé diamonds are G-H-I color and VS1-VS2 clarity. In some cases we use SI for Sidestone Diamonds in order to keep the cost low.
Can you manufacture your jewelry with stones other than diamonds?
All of our fine jewelry is only manufactured with diamonds.
Are any of your diamonds enhanced, laser treated, or modified in any way?
All of our diamonds are not enhanced, treated, or modified in anyway, shape, or form.
What precious metals do you use?
We use 14kt and 18kt White, Yellow, and Rose Gold and Platinum
Do your products come with a Diamond Grading Report?
Every loose diamond in our Diamond Search is accompanied with a Grading Report or Diamond Dossier.
How can i make sure the diamonds I ordered are the same stones I recived?

Our diamond inventory is updated daily with new diamonds.
Can I buy a setting without buying a diamond?
No, we do not sell settings without a diamond purchase at this time.
- Can I put a diamond on hold?
Are all white gold rings rhodium plated?
Yes all of our 14k and 18k white gold pieces are rhodium plated to give them their shine.
How can I find a diamond that is not in your inventory?
If you are unable to find the diamond of your dreams in our inventory use our Diamond Concierge Service. Our diamond experts will help you find the diamond you are looking for.
If I purchase just a loose diamond from your website can you mount it in my setting?
Yes, our expert diamond setters can mount the loose diamond into your setting for a $75 charge.
Do you offer natural fancy color diamonds?
Yes we offer fancy colored diamonds in yellow, pink and blue shades.
Is your company name inscribed or engraved on any of your products?
No your ring will only be stamped with metal type (14K, 18K or PLT).
If I order a diamond and setting will it come set and complete?
All loose diamonds that are ordered with engagement rings come set into the settings and ready to wear.
Are all diamonds on your website available?
Since diamond inventory changes by the minute there are cases an order is placed and the diamond is not available. In cases where the diamond is no longer available we will let you know by phone and email and issue you refund.
Are all your diamonds conflict free?
We are committed to the highest level of ethical responsibility. All of our diamonds are sourced through legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions, in accordance with the Kimberly Process and USA Patriot Act.
How accurate are the details of Stone information section in product detail pages?
Type, Shape, Number of Diamonds are exact.
While we try to keep Average Carat Weight as accurate as possible, there may be a slight variance in carat weight.
Description of Average Color and Clarity is also very accurate, we provide the diamonds described in that section.
